The infallible Imams have been selected religious leaders for the human society, who explained the message of the divine prophets and were guides for people. A large of part of their efforts has been devoted to the cultural development of their own era. After Imams passed the ups and downs of the aftermath of the death of Prophet Muhammad, and after Imam Reza accepted the role of the Crown Prince of Al-Ma’mun and Imam’s martyrdom until the absence of Imam Mahdi, the ninth, tenth, and eleventh imams played this important role. The present article purports to examine the cultural polices of these Imams in this period.This research has collected the necessary information based on documentary and library methods, and has analyzed it in accordance with the cyclic model of policymaking. According to this model, analyzing the cultural policies involves identifying the problem, designing and selecting the ploy, and finally evaluating that policy. The cultural issues of this era have been classified in three groups: the issues of caliphate, the issues of public culture, and the issues of Shiite culture. Then, the cultural policies of the Imams of this era have been analyzed. These policies have influenced the fundamental layers of culture (beliefs and values) as well as the behavioral layers.

Discourses that form during the situational, cultural, social, political and communicative contexts can have a devastating effect on interpretive approaches in interpretation of the Quran.For example during the imamate of Imam Javad scientific and theological debates and theological questions and doubts Spread Between different religions that this matter affected in interpretive approaches of Imam Javad in interpretation of the Quran.This article organized on the basis of discourse analysis defines interpretive approaches of Imam Javad and shows use of the Quran in confronting with scientific discourses in that time.Studies indicate that the emergence of various schools, conflicts and doubts, translation movement, expansion of shia activities, participate in court debates, imamate discourse are among the most important discourses in that time.On the other hand jurisprudential approach, theological approach, narrative approach, rational approach, esoteric approach, and the quranic approach in the review of fake traditions are the most important interpretive approaches of Imam Javad in confronting with various discourses.

Obedience of people of Sistan has a long history and eminent; Sheikh Koleyni mentioned a letter from Imam Javad to Sistan governor. According to this letter which narrated in different sources, Imam besides accepting intercession of a shia debtor, has advised Sistan governor to be kind with the people. Sistan governor that was Ahl al-Bayt enthusiastic accepted this request and forgave the debt. This survey via analytical-descriptive method in addition to evaluating the document, has analyzed the text. The result shows that despite of document situation, letter has many Quranic evidence and practical validity that shows authenticity, credibility and being issued by Imam. The Axial massage of this letter is that believers should be profit and honest to their brothers and prople when they have power.

The emergence of various intellectual ideas in the Islamic world after the death of the Prophet (PBUH) until today has posed the challenge of the convergence of the Ummah. The period of the Imamate of Imam Javad (AS) (825-842 AD) was also the season of prosperity, internal revolts, and foreign aggression against the Islamic Caliphate. The suspicious activities of these groups threatened religion. One of the threats was the division of the Ummah. The present study, by asking what the components of convergence from the perspective of Imam Javad (AS) are, seeks to identify these components in situations such as debates, confrontation with caliphs, and currents of thought. His teachings were manifested in the form of components of correcting theological beliefs with respect, lack of tension in political relations, good manners, adherence to the Holy Qur'an and tradition, and innocence from Islamic extremism. The study hypothesizes that Imam Javad (AS) considers the roots of divergence in not understanding the truth of religion, hegemony, and separatist tendencies. Imam's actions in the direction of convergence have been in the form of corrective measures in interaction with different currents, removing doubts, and avoiding any divergent action towards the unity of the Ummah.

Universities and higher education institutions have knowledge workers who carry knowledge Therefore, the identification of the factors that make knowledge-oriented human resources last in universities was defined as the goal of the present research. Based on the purpose, the research is applied research, based on the nature, is descriptive research. The statistical community of administrators and faculty members of Imam Javad University numbering 21 people, was defined as experts in the qualitative part of the research, . Metasynthesis and content analysis methods were used to analyze the data of the qualitative part, . using the method of text content analysis , 55 effective indicators on the durability of knowledge human resources were extracted. during the interview , 37 components were identified, and in the axial coding phase, using MAXQDA software, one component was considered for each category of conceptual codes, and finally 11 components were identified. became. In the selective coding stage, based on the components, 30 sub-categories and 11 main categories were extracted. The results of the research show that among the identified components, the work-life balance component, which has been conducted in similar researches, has received less attention, which may be due to the special conditions of the university. Also, the results showed that due to the young and well-educated academic staff, several important indicators such as a sincere work environment, flexible work and an active and dynamic environment express the quality of work life in people's decisions to stay in the Imam Javad university is very influential.

The aim of this study is to investigate and identify the barriers to knowledge sharing at a high education institute as one of the necessary steps in implementation of the process of knowledge management at universities and HEls. On the one hand, higher education is the base of development and the main focus of human recourses enrichment in societies, Therefore implementation of knowledge management in this field is one of the basic requirements and a powerful tool for improving knowledge-based societyS as one of the elements of country's development vision. On the other hand, by changing the slogan "knowledge is power" to "knowledge sharing is power", knowledge sharing and extending it in organizations, between organizations and different systems has become the main process and orientation inside organizations concerning knowledge management. Therefore creating a comprehensive vision concerning the challenges and barriers of knowledge sharing and a proper understanding of its facilitators in HEls and universities seems necessary as a pre-requisite in reaching the goals of knowledge management in the field of higher education in the country. In this regard, 29 key factors in knowledge sharing process inside organizations in 5 main categories of human resources, organizational culture, structure, systems and technology and leadership strategies have been determined and as a case study, relationships between main factors and priority of each of the mentioned factors in 5 categories have been presented at Imam Javad University College.

Literature of each nation is a symbol of its pride, etiquettes, morals and traditions. Literary works have been used as means of commutation through history by human. This fact was sufficient to prove the socialization of literature. literature has not only been a means for communication but also as encouraging and recoding tool for the sustainability of human society in consecutive attacks. Among many Arabic countries, Iraq has been the center of attention of many aliens particularly Great Britain for different reasons. Entrance of Great Britain in to Iraq in 1979 provided the ground for combating and queuing Muslims in front of oppressive colonial policies in which Iraqi poets had remarkable roles. Mohammad Javad Jazayeri is a scholar, an anti-colonial leader and an Iraqi shie warrior in 14th century who played a major role in the resistance poetry of Iraq because of his sincere emotion, his active role in struggle and creation of odes. This paper aims to introduce both Mohamamd javad jazayeri’ s personality and the effects of his struggles in his poem in dealing with the Great Britain colonial to represent his position in the resistance poetry in Iraq. Research Method In this research, gathering material from sources is based on classification, and expression of it is analytically and descriptively.

In contemporary poetry, symbolism is one of the outstanding features used by poets to bestow several layers to their language, make the poem more beautiful and confront to the reader in order to discover the meaning and purpose of the poem with much more joy. Arabic Committed Literature has used this artistic feature and Arab poets have created beautiful and elegant imageies through the symbolic language. Committed Literature seeks a special kind of symbolism due to its topics and themes.One of the great poets of symbolism in Committed Literature, which may also be considered as the most practical one, is the contemporary Iraqi poet, Javal Jamil. His famous collection 'Al Hossein Loghat Saniyah' deals with poems of Hosseini. It uses language mixed with symbolism; a language that needs to be explored since it has been neglected by the critics. Thus, the present article aims to use a descriptive-analytical method to study the kinds of symbolism used in this collection. However, considering the widespread and entanglement of the symbols used, the ones that are only related to the concepts of resistance will be taken into account.

In this article we have tried to inquire upon Seyed Javad Tabatabei's con-ception of Islam. In other words, the question is whether we can talk about some type of Islamology in the discourse represented by him. It should be noted that he has not written any specific work on Islamology as such but this does not mean that we cannot reconstruct his views on Islam. In order to understand his views on Islam as a religion we need to investi-gate his comparative approach in regard to Christianity and the different metaphy-sics which are represented by these two religions respectively as conceptualized by Seyed Javad Tabatabei. One may argue that he has not focused on religion but this is a very shallow critique as one can find some kind of Corbanism (referring to Henry Corbin) in Tabatabaei's frame of reference which needs to be taken into consideration. Ta-king all this into account, the author investigates the type of Islamology which he conceptualizes in his work and tries to find out how Tabatabei is interpreting such concepts as secular, urf, sharia' and laic?
